Aesthetic Med Clinic Policy
OVERVIEW
At Aesthetic Med Clinic, our goal is to deliver seamless and top-tier treatments while ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
1.0 APPOINTMENT AND TREATMENT PARTICIPATION
We advise arriving 10 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary consultation/consent forms. Please inform us promptly if you anticipate running late to accommodate necessary adjustments. Failure to notify us of tardiness may result in the forfeiture of any deposit made.
It’s imperative to adhere to treatment interval recommendations to maximize effectiveness. Aesthetic Med Clinic holds no liability for lack of results due to non-attendance. Full medical disclosure and communication of pre-existing conditions, allergies, and prior reactions are mandatory. All medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we understand personal circumstances may change, it’s your responsibility to commit to your treatment plan and investment for the entire duration within the validity period.
2.0 BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Appointment confirmations and additional treatment details will be sent via email or SMS. Kindly notify us promptly of any changes or concerns regarding your appointment.
We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients. Credit card details or a deposit may be required to secure appointments, redeemable against your treatment on the day.
For pre-paid treatments, the entire cost will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
3.0 GIFT VOUCHERS AND TREATMENT PACKAGES
Client Treatment Package information will be maintained on file. Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of treatments from pre-purchased packages. All packages are upfront purchases valid for one year and are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to reject Gift Voucher credits if not presented. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift Vouchers expire after three (3) years unless otherwise stated.
4.0 REFUND POLICY
Management may review individual Treatment Packages or Gift Vouchers and offer alternative options if deemed unsuitable for the initial plan.
Purchasing a Treatment Package/Gift Voucher implies acceptance of the recommended Treatment Plan and expectations. Refunds are issued as required by Australian Consumer Law, with calculations deducting each treatment/missed appointment charged at RRP.
Sale or promotional treatments are non-refundable or transferable.
5.0 ADVERSE REACTION POLICY
In the rare event of a side effect, notify the clinic immediately and present within 24 to 48 hours. Full cooperation, including weekly consultations for assessment, is necessary. Additional treatments/products may be required at the client’s expense. The client indemnifies Aesthetic Med Clinic for any external costs related to remedying the side effect.
6.0 PRICING POLICY
Aesthetic Med Clinic reserves the right to adjust treatments and pricing without prior notice.
